What are Covenant Groups?

– They are small groups of ministers who gather throughout the conference and throughout the year to encourage one another.

What is their purpose?

– Covenant groups provide a place to laugh, cry, process and share. We believe longevity in ministry will require a shared space where ministers can be introspective and honest. We believe that Covenant Groups create a safe space for this to occur!

When do they meet?

– Whatever time works for your group! Some meet at lunch time, many meet after the evening session each night.

How do I join one?

– These groups form most often organically but can also be formed with help from the NCYM board. The group can be put together regionally, or among ministers of similar years of experience or fully intergenerationally.

We want to encourage you to form a group or find one to be a part of this year at NCYM 2025! If you would like to lead a group, start a new group, join a group, please come to the stage after the evening keynote session.
