Jacob has been ministering at the Decatur Church of Christ in Decatur, TX since 2002. He is married to Heather who works alongside of him in ministry to Youth and Families. They have three children, Mia, Addi and Jayce.

Dudley Chancey

Dudley Chancey completed his PhD in Family Studies at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He worked in youth ministry for 25 years, and then taught Youth & Family Ministry at University level for 25 years. He is the co-founder and director of the Winterfest youth events in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Ft. Worth, Texas, and Flagstaff, Arizona. He also co-founded the Intergenerational Faith Center for research about faith and families. He is involved in several professional organizations, including the National Council on Family Relations, Groves Conference on Marriage and Family, Association of Youth Ministry Educators, and the National Conference on Youth and Children’s Ministries. He does mission work in Honduras and has taken Bibles to over 100 countries on all seven continents. Dudley is married to Vicki and has two adult children, Drew and Matt, two daughters-in-law, Sarah and Jules, and four wonderful granddaughters--Lily, Haddie, Kinsley, and Cali Drew, and a brand new grandson Crosby Kyle Chancey.

Joseph is the Associate Dean of Spiritual Formation and Campus Minister at Lipscomb University. He served as a youth minister for nearly 20 years at Hillsboro Church of Christ in Nashville, TN. Joseph and his wife, Courtney, have celebrated over 20 years of marriage and enjoy quality time with their two children and Bernedoodle named Toast.

Robert was full-time youth ministry for 18 years before moving to Abilene, TX in 2000. He currently is the director of the Center for Youth and Family Ministry at Abilene Christian University and coordinates the Minister Support Network renewal retreat for ministers and their spouses.

Dr. Shannon Rains

Shannon joined LCU in 2016 after fifteen years in church ministry, specializing in children and family ministry. Shannon has a Masters of Science from ACU as well as additional coursework on the graduate and doctoral level from LCU and Concordia in both theology and early childhood education. Her research interests include: training and equipping children's ministers, working alongside church leaderships to develop a cohesive vision for the ministry and practice of children and family ministry, and contemplative practices with children.

Beth Robinson

Beth is Assistant Provost and Graduate Director of Behavioral Sciences at Lubbock Christian University. She is also a popular author and speaker on topics ranging from childhood development and sexuality, teen issues, family dynamics including caring for elderly relatives, and church resources for families. Her education consists of: Ed.D. Texas Tech University, Counselor Education, 1997; M.Ed. West Texas State University, Education Counseling, 1992; and B.S.E. Oklahoma Christian University, Physical Education, 1986. Her experiences include junior and high school teaching, foster parenting, camp counseling and teaching, volunteering in youth ministry programs, Bible teaching, and counseling.

Justin Taylor

Justin has served as the Youth Minister at the Grapevine Church of Christ since 2015. He has been involved in youth ministry since 2008, serving in churches across Oklahoma and Texas. Justin is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University. He is married to Sara, and together they have two daughters, Naomi and Lyla. He loves working with students and especially enjoys mentoring interns and new youth ministers.

Grayson is a Youth Minister at Mayfair Church of Christ in Huntsville, AL. He has been a youth minister since 2012. He is married to Margaret Anne and has twin boys, Emmett and John. A proud graduate of The University of Alabama, Grayson brings the state-school perspective to the bunch.
